Anisha Clay is the broker and owner of Clay & Co. Realty, helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate with local insight, clear communication, and a personal approach. As a Cerritos resident, she understands the connection between a home and its community. She serves families, first-time buyers, longtime homeowners, and investors throughout Cerritos, Downey, Artesia, La Palma, Fullerton, Anaheim, Cypress, and surrounding areas.

Anisha works directly with her clients from the first conversation through closing, providing thoughtful pricing strategies, dedicated negotiation, and hands-on support. Whether preparing a property for sale or finding the right home, she takes the time to understand each client’s priorities and build a plan around their goals.

Recognized as Rookie of the Year at the beginning of her real estate career, Anisha brings that same dedication to her community work. Her involvement with the Cerritos Chamber and recognition as Volunteer of the Year reflect her commitment to supporting local businesses and community initiatives. She also serves on the board of the Cerritos Elementary Educational Foundation.

Outside of real estate, Anisha has authored two books, including one about a church in Cerritos. A former Rotarian, she continues to support local organizations and communities, building relationships that extend well beyond a transaction.
